The company structure takes the advantage of a centralized headquarters in Ankara, Turkey and managing the whole organization from this center provides variety of benefits in terms of financial and logistics aspects.
Development, manufacturing, personnel, finance, legal issues and most of the strategic planning are handled by top management and accordingly; all major decisions are taken by this elite team based on input from decentralized units assigned for specific projects in mainly other countries. Regular meetings are conducted to measure progress, set new goals and make strategic as well as tactical decisions regarding the company’ goals and desired route in competitive business environment.
One of the main principles in Hertz’s business approach is acquiring feedback from the final customers by constituting decentralized business units and it is desired and tried to be provided that these units live and breathe the customers’ problems and demands. These feedbacks are evaluated by professionals and translated into valuable and usable information during the system improvement and new system development stages. It is strongly believed that without accurate evaluation of customer feedback, desired output cannot be obtained and set goals cannot be reached. Therefore; as Hertz has constituted its organization based on such a consciousness, continuously learning, improving and more experienced structure in market has been achieved.
In near future, we would like to expand our organization and effective business area to new geographical locations in Iraq, Balkans, Middle East, Afghanistan and former Soviet Union countries namely Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan etc. in order to meet with new opportunities to prove our abilities. Hertz has great enthusiasm, potential and sufficient experience to become a strong player in construction market in these locations and each opportunity in this regard is being considered thoroughly.
